The Cancer Journey Action Group is bringing together experts in screening for distress and navigation to drive forward action on these important elements of cancer care.
Team members are working in partnership with health-care providers, survivors and cancer patients to offer the support, tools and training needed for local staff and organizations to establish programs that meet the specific needs of local patient populations across Canada.

Strategic Initiative: Guideline Adaptation Project
Evidence-based principles, knowledge-to-action key elements
Through the Guideline Adaptation Project, the Partnership's Cancer Guidelines Action Group is making it possible to extend the reach of existing cancer control guidelines.
The project is developing and evaluating a methodology to facilitate the work of groups who are adapting existing guidelines.

The Canadian Virtual Hospice has launched an expanded website to provide information and support for end-of-life care.
